Meetings of the Hamilton Township MUA are held on the second Wednesday of each month beginning at 7:00 PM. The meetings are held at the Administration Building, which is located at 6024 Ken Scull Avenue, Mays Landing, New Jersey.

HTMUA meetings are held in compliance with the open public meetings act. A notice of these meetings is provided to the Press of Atlantic City and the Atlantic County Record. A copy of the meeting schedule is also posted on the bulletin board located outside of the Township of Hamilton Clerk's office.
